Industrial display adaptation solution for CNC bending machines issues
The CNC bending machine is the core equipment for modern metal sheet forming processing. Based on the precise control of the CNC system, it drives the upper die (bending die) to press downward through the driving mechanism, causing the metal sheet to undergo plastic deformation along the predetermined bending line under the cooperation of the upper and lower dies, thereby obtaining the required angle and curvature of the workpiece. The core working logic is: the CNC system parses the processing drawing parameters, drives the bending axis (such as X/Y/Z axes with multi-axis linkage) to achieve precise lifting and lowering of the slider and positioning of the worktable, and cooperates with the special bending die and clamping device to complete efficient and high-precision sheet bending operations.
